In the 20th century, you and a neighbouring country developed a nuclear strike force. Your neighbour's sole objective is to annihilate you completely. As tensions rise while you carry out espionage operations, you or your neighbour launch a pre-emptive first strike using bombers, missiles, submarines and anti-ballistic missiles. Nuclear destruction continues until all weapons are exhausted or a truce is negotiated.
