Red Dead Redemption

In 1911, the United States of America was rocked by the emergence of new technologies. Their emergence has angered many gangs, who reject civilisation and fight to maintain the Wild West. John Marston is a former outlaw looking for a quiet new life in North America, where he has bought a ranch, Beecher's Hope, for himself and his family. A few years earlier, he had decided to put his dark past behind him after being left for dead by his former gang, Dutch van der Linde's. When Blackwater Federal Bureau Agent Edgar Ross takes his family hostage to force him to find and hand over his former brothers in arms, he has no choice but to accept, and must now work for the government. Like all GTA-like games, the game offers players complete freedom of action in the vast, untamed West.
